Cardi B On Rumors She’s Suing Atlantic Records: Is It True? I Don’t Remember
It looks like Cardi B is so booked and busy she can’t even remember if she’s suing her record label.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar responded to reports that she took legal action against Atlantic Records with a cryptic tweet Sunday (March 29),
“@AtlanticRecords there’s a rumor out there that I’m suing ya ? is it true ? I don’t remember”

Her tweet comes after reports claimed that she was suing Atlantic to get out of her 360 record deal. One of her fan pages posted court documents from the lawsuit. Based on the documents, KSR Group and Worldstar Markting Group, Inc., along with Klenord Raphael, are suing Cardi B and others like Pierre “Pee” Thomas. The defendants have filed a counterclaim, but it doesn’t look like Atlantic is listed on the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, fans had lots to say about Cardi B potentially suing the label, which also houses stars like Roddy Rich, YoungBoy NBA, and Bruno Mars.
