Erykah Badu Tells Dallas “Don’t Ignore This Pandemic … We Are Next!”
Singer Erykah Badu, 49, is encouraging everyone to stay at home during the coronavirus pandemic. She posted a picture of what appears to be with family, including her daughter Puma. She captioned the picture:
“This is not a drill. We are here. This is now. Take care of yourselves. Don’t ignore this pandemic, DALLAS. The storm will not simply pass over our house. We are next. We love you. Be calm . But be prepared. We got this.”
She even responded to someone in her comments. The person wrote,
“Stop acting as if this isn’t more than what they’re saying.”
The singer responded,
“All I know is no matter what we believe, what the powers that be believe with affect us.”
