Tamar Braxton’s Beauty Show ‘To Catch A Beautician’ Lands May 25 Premiere Date
More information has been released about TV veteran, Tamar Braxton’s, latest venture with VH1.
We first broke the news that Tamar Braxton landed her own beauty show for the network.

theJasmineBRAND also exclusively reported that her co-host is none other than Johnny Wright, who is most notably known for spending eight years in the White House as the hairstylist for former FLOTUS Michelle Obama.

Now, more details have been released. According to reports, the show is titled “To Catch A Beautician”, and is scheduled to make its debut on May 25. The show will feature unsatisfied clients confronting their hair stylists. After the confrontation, hairstylists will go through a series of steps before getting the opportunity to redeem themselves by redoing the clients’ hair. It will reportedly air on Monday nights, along with Tamar Braxton’s friends “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.”
Tamar Braxton is not only known as a Grammy-nominated artist but also starred in Wetv’s “Braxton Family Values,” before leading her very own spin-off “Tamar & Vince” with her now ex-husband Vince Herbert. The singer-songwriter was also a contestant on “Dancing with the Stars” and the winner Celebrity Big Brother,” last year.

Her own show comes nearly four years after she was terminated from “The Real” after its second season.
Scout Productions is producing the series and David Collins, Michael Williams, Rob Eric, and Kim McCoy are on board as executive producers, while Sitarah Pendleton-Eaglin and Rachel Tung will be executive producing on behalf of the network.
