702 Singer LeMisha Fields Reveals She Is Homeless: My Husband & Son Kicked Me Out!
A 90s R&B favorite revealed shocking marital issues this weekend. LeMisha Fields, a member of girl group 702, aired out her husband Tony Fields Sr. after she says he and their college-aged son, Tony Fields Jr., kicked her out of their family home. LeMisha Fields shared this post with Instagram followers:
“They never want to discuss what triggered you. Just how you reacted.”
Her caption read:
“I’m homeless. @sirchamp21 and @t_fields01 kicked me out. After all that I’ve done for them, they threw me out like a piece of trash when I was at my lowest.”
She then revealed that despite supporting her ailing father-in-law before his tragic death, LeMisha Fields’s husband – with whom she shares a son and daughter – allegedly refused to bear with her during a tough time. LeMisha added:
“His father stayed with us for YEARS before he passed away in our home a few months ago. I was there for him through the whole thing! Never in a million years did I think he would kick me out at the lowest time in my life. @sirchamp21 but you a MAN though. You couldn’t let me get back on my feet before you threw me out of your MOTHER’S house? I’m your children’s mother!!”
Both posts have since been deleted. She and her husband recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of their marriage in 2000 – but all traces of Tony Sr. and Jr. have been wiped from her page as well.
702 enjoyed a series of hit songs in the late 90s and early 2000s, including “Steelo,” and “Where My Girls At?” They announced their reunion in 2018 with the premiere of their episode of TV One’s “Unsung.”
Will Tony and LeMisha be able to get it together? Let us know what you think in the comments.
