Singer Britney Spears may have a bit of a problem on her hands after a recent post she made on her Instagram page. The “Womanizer” singer recently shared a picture of a gold and silver bejeweled bee with a crown hovering above its antennae. The photo is actually an illustration done by visual artist Jenna Paddey, whom Britney Spears tags in the image. But it was her caption that got the attention of Beyonce’s fans. She wrote,
To all my fans who call me Queen [crown emoji] B …. I believe this would be more accurate…
She added a handful of bee emojis with a wink.

Britney Spears fans almost immediately responded to the post with their support and agreement:


Notably, fans of performer Beyonce also refer to their heroine as Queen Bey, a play off of her name. Her fans have even dubbed themselves The Beyhive. The group of diehard Beyonce fans is widely known to defend their queen at all costs and, expectedly, the Beyhive have made their presence known in the comments of Britney‘s post.
