Floyd Mayweather: Men Hold Women To A Higher Standard Than They Hold Themselves
Floyd Mayweather got his fans talking when he posted a controversial message on his Instagram. His post reads,
US MEN SOMETIMES HOLD WOMEN TO A MUCH HIGHER STANDARD THAN THEY HOLD THEMSELVES.
His caption simply asked:
Thoughts?

Fans had mixed reactions to the message. Some seemed to base their responses off of rumors of Floyd Mayweather’s alleged abuse in the past (such as with the late Josie Harris, ex-girlfriend and mother of three of his children), while others agreed with him offering their own take. Even rapper Lil Kim chimed and wrote,
“And vice versa, Us woman just want our worth to be recognized appreciated and celebrated”

One fan didn’t respond to either side and made it clear that he only wanted to see Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor fight.

Mayweather, McGregor
That event could happen as Floyd Mayweather called out Conor McGregor for a match after he announced his third retirement from the sport.
McGregor, the UFC lightweight champion wrote in his announcement,
“The game just does not excite me, and that’s that.”

Mayweather wrote,
“If I’m not mistaken, didn’t you tell Mike Tyson you could beat me if we fought a second time? Now you’re quitting! I thought you wanted to beat the best?”
He ended the invitation, letting Conor McGregor know that if the second fight happens, he plans to win again,
“Well, if you decide to come back, I will be waiting to punish you again.”
In 2017, the two fought and Mayweather defeated McGregor by TKO. (Watch highlights below)
