Ja Rule Is Taking Classes At Harvard Online Business School
Rapper Ja Rule (real name Jeffrey Bruce Atkins) is joining a laundry list of celebrities who have previously taken classes at Harvard Business School. The 44-year-old songwriter made the announcement via Twitter.
“Starting Harvard Online Business School in September!!!Can’t wait…”
After completing his coursework, Ja Rule will join fellow artist Ciara as part of Harvard’s Business School Alumni.
It was previously reported that singer Ciara Wilson was accepted into Harvard’s Business School. She shared the news on social media while wearing Harvard gear. In her caption, she revealed how attending college was a dream come true.
“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for. This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement! Thank you @anitaelberse for a once in in a lifetime opportunity to attend @Harvard BEMS. #WhyNotHER“
On June 3, Ciara graduated.

Other celebrities that have attended the university’s business school include rapper/actor LL Cool J, cooking show host Ayesha Curry, former Miami Heat teammates Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, and actors Channing Tatum and Katie Holmes.
In Ciara’s class, she was joined by husband and wife stars of HGTV series “Fixer Upper” Chip and Joanna Gaines, “NCIS: Los Angeles” actor Eric Christian Olsen, Cleveland Cavaliers power forward and NBA champion Kevin Love, Los Angeles Clippers small forward and Cameroonian prince Luc Mbah a Moute, New Orleans Pelicans power forward Julius Randle, former Bayern Munich goaltender and 2002 World Cup Golden Ball winner Oliver Kahn, and former Everton midfielder Tim Cahill.
Harvard Business School professor Anita Elberse shared her excitement for her then incoming class.
