Khloe Kardashian Calls Out People Who ‘Aren’t Taking COVID-19 Seriously’ While Dwyane Wade Urges Florida: Wear Your Mask!

As cases of Coronavirus rise and plummet in different areas of the world, some celebrities are becoming more vocal about what they believe the public can do to help slow down the virus. Reality star Khloe Kardashian is another name to add to the list. She took to Twitter to lash out at her followers who “are not taking #COVID19 seriously.”

She added a special thank you to California governor Gavin Newsom and wrote,

“Everyone please stay safe and together we can stop the spread. Thank you @GavinNewsom for trying to protect our state … sending you all my love and prayers!we will get through this…”

Khloe Kardashian isn’t the only celebrity who has something to say regarding Corona this week. Earlier this week, retired Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade posted a picture of himself in a mask and directed his message to the state of Florida, mainly those in Miami’s county, Dade County, as the area has seen a huge spike in COVID-19 cases. Dwayne paired his photo with the caption:

“To my friends in Wade Country and in the great state of Florida please wear your mask ?#WearYourMaskFL”

Most recently, NBA star Russell Westbrook announced that he tested positive for the virus this week.
