Tamar Braxton’s Boyfriend David Adefeso’s 911 Call Released, Tells Police: She Was Very Angry Earlier, She Had Trouble W/ Her Network
More details surrounding Tamar Braxton’s scary incident is being released.
The audio from Tamar Braxton‘s boyfriend David Adefeso’s 911 call, after finding her unresponsive has been made public. In the audio, David Adfeso is heard telling dispatch,
“my girlfriend is not responding.”
The 911 operator asks him to shake Tamar Braxton to ‘try and wake her up,’ David Adefeso, responded saying that “a little bit of her eyes were open.”
As the operator lets him know that an ambulance is on the way, he adds that Tamar Braxton had been drinking,
“She’s been drinking, it’s like a half a bottle, she’s on medication for depression, I don’t know how much. “
David Adefeso also adds that she sent ‘a letter’ earlier that day and that her network [Bravo] was at the root of upsetting her, which might be what led to the awful chain of events,
“She was very angry earlier on, she had trouble with her network … the company she’s working with. And they did something today. No no way.”
Tearfully you can hear David say,
“F***ing network.”
Before the audio cuts off, David apparently shocked and upset asks,
“And it’s come to this. When do you get free? At what point are you really free?”
‘They’ve taken away her happiness, everything, and she holds back everything.”
It was previously reported that Tamar Braxton was later rushed to the hospital. New reports said Monday (July 20th) that she is now awake and alert, according to sources, and has been transferred to another hospital in Los Angeles that has top specialists in the field of mental health, including depression and anxiety.
Tamar Braxton’s release from the hospital comes after new reports say that Tamar Braxton wrote an email to executives at WeTV weeks ago stating that their actions made her consider taking her own life.
The email was reportedly an attempt to support the black community amid heightened racial sensitivity in the wake of the death of George Floyd. Tamar Braxton’s email to Wetv reportedly read,
“We fight with each other, we betray each other, and now we’re physically assaulting each other — all happening because your show [‘Braxton Family Values’] has chosen to show the absolute worst side of a strong, independent and successful African American family; a show that I created to showcase a strong Black Family as a beacon of hope for all the young black girls and boys out there; instead you coached and cajoled us into finding the worst in each other.”
She continued
“cruel white slave masters who once chained our forefathers, and the oppressive police forces that now terrorize our communities.”
Tamar added,
“I hope those ratings were worth it because you succeeded in destroying a great black family.”
In the email, Tamar allegedly revealed that “the final stake into the heart of my family” was
“the day you dug up a secret I’d never shared with anyone, a secret I was so ashamed to talk about that I hid it even from my own mom: the fact that I had been assaulted and raped repeatedly from age 6 to age 16, sometimes multiple times a day.”
The Love and War singer went on to claim producers,
“exposed it on your show in front of my entire family and 100 crew members.” She added, “You broke me that day and I considered ending my own life then for the shame I felt!”
She concluded,
“I have news for you! Today, I take my power back. I will no longer tolerate being oppressed. I am asking you to break the chains NOW and LET ME GO I am suffocating! I CAN’T BREATHE!!”
A representative for the network stated,
“We are keeping her and her family in our thoughts and prayers and joining with her fans sending strength and healing at this difficult time.”
Continued prayers for Tamar Braxton’s full healing & recovery!
