She shared a mirror selfie Tuesday (Aug. 25th) with the caption,
“I’ve lost to date 68 pounds since giving birth to my daughter. I’m very proud that I did it my way and in my time. I didn’t feel rushed to snap back. I enjoyed breast feeding and spending quality time with #cairo and my son #cree.”

Tia Mowry ended with a message for other women who have given birth.
“To all the women who are feeling pressured after birth. Do YOU! Do what makes YOU proud and do it in YOUR time. Not anyone else’s.”
Her fellow celebrities like Vanessa Bryant and “The Game” co-star Wendy Raquel Robinson congratulated her on her success.

Tia Mowry has been open about her weight loss journey since welcoming Cairo. Just two weeks after giving birth, in May 2018, she shared a message as she began her weight loss journey. She wrote on Instagram,
“This is MY #postpartum. Two weeks in. Do I still have a belly yes. I actually look like I’m 4 months pregnant and that is OKAY. I wanted to shine a light on how our society creates false expectations after a woman gives birth. Ladies, it’s okay that our bodies are not PERFECT after our babies are born.
Give your self time. Go at your own pace. Don’t allow people to put a time limit on YOUR body. You’ve just accomplished a miracle! #Love yourself, love your new body, embrace it. It you want to make changes than that’s your desire and no one else’s. Ps, #moms freaking rock! #fashion”

Congrats, Tia!
