Tia Mowry Embraces Her Gray Hair: This Is Me, 42

On Tuesday (Aug.4), the actress showed the world that she isn’t the slightest of worried with having grey hairs as she took to social media to share how she’s embracing them. The mother-of-two posted a selfie shot of herself with the caption,
“This is Me. 42”

In her comments, Irish TV personality Donal Skehan told Tia Mowry that she is “owning those greys”, which she referred to as:
“wisdom my friend. It’s a beautiful thing.”

Tia Mowry’s recent post gave fans an insight into how she maintains her healthy curls. The 42-year-old actress provided a tutorial via Instagram on her self-care routine using Camille Rose Natural products. With the tutorial, Mowry captioned:
