In a recent interview with Andy Cohen, Wendy Williams, addressed the elephant in the room, surrounding around DJ Boof’s departure,
“Uh we mixed it up this season, there’s a lot of stuff that’s new around here, including my set, my elephant Cynthia is here, the Wendy, the double doors.”
Rumors began swirling that Wendy Williams and DJ Boof were dating after Wendy Williams posted a photo of them in the car together and called him her ‘special friend.’

The DJ and TV Host have been linked for months, with reports that the two were spotted at different events together, and even allegedly flirted with each other on the show.
While their rumored relationship was the speculated reason for the change, some fans felt as though Wendy Williams’ feud with Nicki Minaj had something to do with it as DJ Boof, is the rapper’s official DJ.
Wendy Williams and DJ Boof also don’t follow each other on social media.
