Rob Kardashian Denied Request For Blac Chyna’s Lawsuit Against Kardashian Family To Get Dismissed
Black Chyna just got a win in court against the Kardashian family.
As previously reported, Blac Chyna sued Rob Kardashian, his sister Kim Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner, claiming that the trio was responsible for having their show ‘Rob & Chyna’ canceled after the couple split.
Rob Kardashian has been attempting to get Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against the family dropped.
But on Tuesday (Oct. 28) a judge denied the request. Blac Chyna’s current attorney says,
“Chyna is beyond thrilled that she will have her day in court.”
The judge says that there is “substantial evidence filed by Chyna, including unaired Season 2 ‘Rob & Chyna’ footage and internal business documents from NBCUniversal and Bunim Murray Productions,” which influenced her ruling.
Blac Chyna has previously claimed that NBCUniversal dismissed her rights and is a company with systemic racism, adding that she would have gotten better treatment had she been white.
But the Kardashian family says it was due to the restraining order that Blac Chyna had on Rob Kardashian.
She filed a domestic violence restraining order against Rob after he posted nude photos of her on social media. According to the Kardashians, the order made it logistically impossible for them to be filmed.
The post reportedly violated California’s revenge-porn law, which typically results in a misdemeanor punishable by a fine and up to six months in jail.
