Chrissy Teigen Gets Tattoo Honoring Her Late Son Jack
Chrissy Teigen has found a way to honor her late son Jack with a new tattoo.
As previously reported, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend lost their third child Jack, following pregnancy complications.
Doctors diagnosed Chrissy Teigen with partial placenta abruption and she had to deliver her and John Legend’s third baby at just 20 weeks. Sadly, baby Jack did not survive.
Chrissy Teigen has now made sure that he will always be remembered. The model and TV personality shared a tattoo of his name on her wrist.

Following her post, fans of hers began to post photos of tattoos that they got to honor loved ones they lost as well.


Chrissy Teigen announced the news of the loss of her son on her social media accounts. The post featured the supermodel and TV personality in the hospital room, in bed in tears. She writes:
We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.
She added:
We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.

Chrissy continued, speaking directly to her baby:
To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.
