Wendy Williams Says ‘Life Is Never Perfect’, As She Poses With Son

Wendy Williams Shares Holiday Photo With Son, Says ‘Life Is Never Perfect’
Wendy Williams appears to be in okay spirits this holiday season. The talk show host shared a personal picture of herself with her son spending Christmas together. In the image, Wendy Williams seems to be relaxing as she sits on a sofa with her son’s arm around her. She captioned the family moment,
“Merry Christmas to YOU! My son & I have been enjoying ourselves! Crepes for breakfast, lots of TV & laughter. Now it’s time for veggie rice, Large scallops, falafel & vegan pizza!! Lots of snacks all day. My favorite part of US is our conversations.”
Wendy Williams continued and reminded her fans when they can expect to see her show back on the air.
“Life is never perfect but WE are grateful. Can’t wait to be back with you all on Jan 4 and am counting down the days until my @lifetimetv doc and movie on Jan 30.”

As we previously reported, “The Wendy Williams Show” announced earlier this month that it will be going on hiatus, seemingly due to the death of Wendy Williams’ mother. The announcement read,
“Next week, The Wendy Williams Show will air repeats to allow Wendy to travel and be with her family at this time. The show will return with original episodes on Monday, January 4th. Debmar-Mercury extends its deepest condolences to Wendy and her family.”

Prior to the announcement that the show was going on a hiatus, Wendy Williams’ brother, Tommy Williams, shared that he feels his sister needs to take a break from the show. In a YouTube live video, he said,
“You know it’s mental health. It’s life, you know she might be a celebrity and out there on the stage and everything…. She’s a child of somebody as well you know. She’s a sister. She’s an aunt. She’s a mother. You know how that goes ladies and gentlemen and then it’s all laid out on stage so it’s like you know, what are you gonna do?”
He added,
“She’s the type of person, and this is the problem, as I told her and I often tell her, ‘You don’t know how to take a day off…’ For somebody so instrumental in her show then you got to know whether to stay or go and that was her setback I think. Hopefully she makes some changes and I know she’s doing a lot better now.”
