Dr. Dre – Burglars Tried To Rob His Home While He Was In The Hospital After Suffering Aneurysm

A group of burglars reportedly saw Dr. Dre’s hospital stay as the perfect time to rob his home.

According to TMZ, four men tried to break into his home after possibly seeing reports that he was hospitalized due to having a brain aneurysm Tuesday (Jan. 5th).

The men were seen at his Pacific Palisades home around 2 in the morning Wednesday (Jan. 6th). Security is said to have seen them checking out the house and confronted them right away. Security on the property immediately called the police and while the four men ran, officers caught up with them and took them into custody. Police reportedly believe they tried to hit the house after reading reports that Dr. Dre was in the hospital.

As previously reported, Dr. Dre had a brain aneurysm and was in Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

Reportedly, he suffered the aneurysm Monday (Jan. 4th) and was taken directly to ICU. He is said to be stable and lucid, but doctors don’t know what caused the bleeding and they are performing a battery of tests.

He later spoke out on social media to reassure fans he was doing just fine after the scare.

“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”

Dr. Dre is currently in the middle of a heated divorce battle with his estranged wife, Nicole Young. In the latest, he claimed in court documents that they stayed the night together for their anniversary in May, despite being separated and her claims that she’s afraid of him. He reportedly said:

“While Nicole now says she was afraid of me, for our wedding anniversary on May 25 2020, Nicole invited me to dinner at my Malibu residences where she was living.”

He continued,

“I accepted this invitation. We celebrated our anniversary and we had dinner together and I spent the night with her. She was not and is not afraid of me and her allegations to the contrary are pure fabrication created post-divorce filing…”

They were married for 24 years.
