Steve Harvey On Michael B. Jordan Renting Out Aquarium For Lori Harvey: Good Luck Homie + Says He Met Actor’s Father

Michael B. Jordan went all out for his girlfriend Lori Harvey on their first Valentine’s Day as a couple – and Steve Harvey is sharing his thoughts.

Michael B. Jordan celebrated the milestone by renting out an aquarium for Lori Harvey.

Steve Harvey spoke on the festivities while on Jimmy Kimmel Live Thursday, Feb. 25th, and said:

“Yeah, well, good luck, homie. You know, Valentine’s come every year, I don’t know if you know how this works or not, but I don’t know how you gonna top that. But good luck, partner.”

It looks like things could be getting serious as he added that he’s met the Black Panther star’s father.

“I mean, it was really nice what he did, you know, I’m happy for him. He’s a great guy, met his father and everything, but uh—that was a lot. I don’t know where he’s gonna go from here, so hopefully, you know, maybe he’ll make Creed 4, 5 and 6.”

He said of Michael B. Jordan being named PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive last year:

“He is a nice guy, yeah, but he is not the sexiest man alive to me at all.”

In fact, Steve Harvey said that he himself should get the title.

“All these people I’m paying for…If that ain’t sexy, what is?”

He added,

“I’ve never been attractive, I knew that. That’s why I had to come up with these jokes, but this kid—I like him.”

This isn’t Steve Harvey’s first time speaking on Lori Harvey and Michael B. Jordan’s romance. He said on his radio morning show earlier this year,

“I like this one. I still got my eye on him…Like right now? Nice guy. But I got this little section partna, where all I gotta do is click a switch and I can hate ya a**. ‘Cause you ain’t the sexiest man in the world to me! Let’s be clear about that.”
