Wendy Williams Spotted On A Date: He’s A REAL Gentleman

Wendy Williams might be off the market soon.

The daytime talk show host went out on a date with a man named Mike Esterman, who’s a friend of actor and TV personality Mario Lopez.

Mike Esterman got her attention during a segment of her show Date Wendy and it looks like they hit it off.

She shared a photo of them snuggled up together in a car and added the caption,

“Mike & I are having fun!! I’m glad he’s a REAL gentleman. But @RandyJackson, @birdman & @MarioLopez have tried to block my collards, fried chicken, shrimps, yams, beans, soul roll, Mac & cheese, fish, rice, oxtail & my #carrotcake! We WILL discuss once I gather myself.”

Wendy Williams explained on her show why she selected Mike Esterman, who works as a contractor.

“I chose you because I’m not a multiple boyfriend person. I want to settle down one day. We are age appropriate…I like your shirt and you got jokes.” 

This is Wendy Williams’ latest potential boyfriend since she filed for divorce from her husband of more than 20 years, Kevin Hunter, Sr., in 2019.

The decision came amid news that his mistress of 15 years, Sharina Hudson, had his child.

She was extremely open about the situation as she prepared for her documentary Wendy Williams: What A Mess to air on Lifetime.

She name-dropped Sharina Hudson and the child during the Hot Topics segment of her show in January.

“I can’t believe how fearless I am. I can’t believe how many people have been drawn into my situation for the 12 years that I’ve been entertaining you on television. Welcome to Hot Topics Sharina Hudson. Getting out of my car, with my money. Good morning, Journey… I think she’ll be three next month don’t you know. Good morning Kevin.”

She was previously asked if she had ever met the child and made it clear she had no desire to.

“…why would I want to meet her? I don’t know her. And I don’t wanna know her…She’ll want to meet me first though. Do you know where your father was the night that your mother was giving birth? He was with that lady on TV, Miss Wendy. ‘Cause he was with me.”
