Nicki Minaj On Being Compared To Other Artists: Ain’t A B***h Better & Ain’t A B***h Badder
Nicki Minaj recently took to social media to respond to some hate she’s been receiving lately.
Yesterday (Thursday, June 10th), Nicki Minaj went to Twitter to initially clarify “the diff[erence] between a Nicki song and a Nicki feature,” writing:
“Chile raise ya hand if u know the diff between a Nicki song & a Nicki feature… Raise your hand if u know the diff between a mixtape song, album cut, & an album single… when was the last time I dropped an album single? Eat ya food. Can’t wait to bump #ForTheLoveOfNewYork.”
Polo G recently released a song called “For the Love of New York,” which features Nicki Minaj.
Shortly after this statement, she proceeded to respond to some fans’ commentary. While doing so, she claimed:
“[Twitter’s] just a bunch of corny debates all day & night chile… energy is too precious to waste on ppl or things u don’t like. Life is so much more fulfilling when u give ur energy to what & who you love. Imagine talkn bout ya opps all day. Exhausting.”
Then, Nicki Minaj vowed to unfollow and block people who promote negative content about her.
However, Nicki was not done with her Twitter rant, and she felt the need to shut down people who compare her to others. She wrote:
“And compare me to who chile? Lol. Ain’t a b***h betta & Ain’t a b***h badda [insert sleeping emoji].”
Nicki‘s statements come shortly after Azealia Banks slammed the “Barbie Tingz” rapper on her Instagram story.
