Migos Address Rumors They Beat Up Justin LaBoy Over Saweetie Joke
The Migos are setting the record straight on reports that they got into a physical altercation with Justin LaBoy.
As previously reported, rumors swirled in late March that the ATL rap trio beat up Justin LaBoy for seemingly making fun of Quavo over his breakup with Saweetie. Justin LaBoy shared an Instagram post of Saweetie’s face on Drake’s body for Drake’s Take Care album after Saweetie told Quavo to “take care” during their back and forth on Twitter.

There was also speculation that Quavo took issue with Saweetie’s sit-down with Justin LaBoy and Justin Combs for their late-night Revolt TV show Respectfully Justin.
Now, The Migos are breaking their silence on the alleged incident. While on The Morning Hustle co-host Lore’l referenced their song Straightenin and speculation that it was related to the alleged encounter.
They all laughed as Quavo said,
“Nothing but a little bit of straightening, we call that straightening.”
Still, Takeoff clarified,
“Yeah, we don’t know nothing bout that.”

While Quavo goes on to rap lyrics from the song, featured on The Migos Culture III album, Takeoff reiterates,
