Safaree Samuels Reacts Negatively To Erica Mena’s Second Pregnancy Announcement On ‘LHHATL’, Wheelies Away After Hearing The News [WATCH]

Erica Mena may have given birth already, but we finally got to see how Safaree Samuels reacted to her second pregnancy!

Yesterday (Monday, July 19th), a new episode of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta aired. The highlight of the episode was Erica Mena revealing her pregnancy to Safaree Samuels–as well as his reaction to the news!

The scene opens with the couple enjoying a romantic dinner. During their meal, they proceeded to discuss how their marriage and everyday routines have been impacted since the birth of their daughter, Safire. Erica Mena, who was pregnant with their second child at the time (unbeknownst to Safaree Samuels), then appears in the confessional, saying:

“I don’t wanna feel like I regret telling him. And it’s sad to say because this is my husband–like I’m supposed to be ecstatic. I’m supposed to be like ‘I can’t wait to see his face, oh my God how is he gonna react?’ I’m actually more scared, and that puts me in a dark place.” 

Erica Mena proceeds to show Safaree Samuels an ultrasound video on her phone. In response, Safaree asks:

“So what, you’re pregnant?”

After discovering Erica is 23 weeks along in her pregnancy, an awkward silence ensues. Safaree then says:

“You know how I feel about having more kids… I feel like we just started getting a rhythm with [Safire] turning one. We’re gonna start all over again?”

At this point, Safaree says he’s “flabbergasted” and doesn’t know how he feels about the situation. He then proceeds to walk away and wheelie off on a 4-wheeler as Erica Mena looks on.
