Tony Baker – Teens Who Allegedly Killed Comedian’s Son In Fatal Crash Have Been Detained & Charged With Murder
Tony Baker and his family are one step closer to getting justice for his late son, Cerain Baker.
Earlier this month, comedian Tony Baker‘s son–21-year-old Cerain Baker–was killed after his car was struck by two other speeding vehicles in Burbank, California. The accident also claimed the lives of two other passengers, Jaiden Johnson,20, and Natalee Moghaddam, 19. It is widely believed that the two cars that struck Cerain Baker‘s vehicle were street racing at the time.
In the aftermath of the incident, Tony Baker notably started a petition to stop illegal street racing in Burbank. The petition has over 109,400 signatures as of August 24th.

Now, one of the drivers involved in the fatal crash has been arrested. This past Thursday (Aug. 19th), Burbank officers arrested Hamlet Arseni Aghajanyan, 19. He is being held on a $6 million bond and is charged with three counts of murder along with one count of reckless driving.
The Burbank Police Department also took the other driver, a 17-year-old, into a juvenile detention facility. He is facing the same charges as Hamlet Arseni Aghajanyan, though his case is still under review by the Eastlake Juvenile Courthouse.

Hamlet Arseni Aghajanyan made his first court appearance yesterday (Monday, Aug. 23rd). While there, he reportedly entered a not guilty plea, and he is due to return to trial on October 6th.
