R. Kelly – Former Backup Dancer Alleges She Saw Singer Performing Oral Sex On 14-Year-Old Aaliyah While On Tour

A witness at R. Kelly‘s sex trafficking trial recently made an allegation regarding the singer and a then-underaged Aaliyah.

According to recent reports, one of R. Kelly‘s former backup dancers, referred to as Angela, took the stand at his current trial. She alleged that while on tour in the early 1990s, she walked in on R. Kelly performing oral sex on Aaliyah–who was allegedly about 14 at the time. Angela testified:

“I saw Robert and Aaliyah in a sexual situation. He was on his knees.”

The former backup dancer also alleged that she began having sex with R. Kelly around the age of 15. According to the witness:

“He told us we had to pay our dues. It was a requirement to be around.”

This revelation is the latest testimony about R. Kelly‘s alleged crimes. It comes just days after a former radio intern accused the disgraced singer of trapping her in his recording studio for numerous days before allegedly raping her back in 2003.

Additionally, this news comes about three weeks after another witness testified R. Kelly married Aaliyah when she was 15 to help her get an abortion. R. Kelly was 27 at the time, and he was able to go through with the illegal marriage by allegedly having some of his employees bribe public officials in Chicago.
