The Game Accused Of Stalling $7 Million Payout To Alleged Sexual Assault Victim By Diverting Money To Fake Businesses

A longstanding legal issue has recently been revived for The Game!

Back in 2015, Priscilla Rainey–who appeared on The Game‘s She’s Got Game dating show–sued the rapper for sexual assault. According to Priscilla Rainey, The Game (real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor) “forcefully reach[ed] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks” while they were having dinner.

As a result, The Game was ordered to pay Priscilla Rainey about $7 million in damages. However, in subsequent years, Priscilla Rainey has struggled to receive financial compensation over the alleged sexual assault and claims The Game is avoiding the matter.

Now, there have been some new developments in the situation. Recently, Priscilla Rainey reportedly sued The Game, as well as various companies he allegedly owns. Rainey accuses the rapper of opening up various “shell companies” to avoid paying her. For context, a shell company is a business that exists on paper but does not have any office or employees, and Priscilla Rainey claims The Game is using these businesses to hide money and keep her from receiving her financial payout. She says that, while The Game paid her $258,058 so far, he still owes her $6,872,041.

Additionally, Priscilla Rainey believes The Game‘s manager–Cash M. Jones–is helping the rapper in his alleged conspiracy. She claims the rapper put the deed to his mansion in Cash M. Jones‘ name, and this has prevented her from seizing the rapper’s home. She also states The Game transferred the rights to his royalties to his manager, further preventing her from seizing his assets.

Priscilla Rainey is seeking for the courts to force The Game to pay her the remaining amount of her settlement. She also wants his mansion to be sold off and is asking the courts to reprimand the rapper for allegedly transferring his financial assets.

Neither The Game nor Priscilla Rainey has publicly commented on the recent situation. However, the rapper did post a cryptic tweet last night (Monday, Sept. 13th) that may be about the matter. The Game tweeted:

“Pray for me.”
