Nene Leakes Addresses Men Who Are DMing Her On Social Media: I’m Just Doing Me Right Now

Nene Leakes is addressing the men who have been sliding into her DMs!

Recently, Nene Leakes jumped on her Instagram Story to thank her supporters for uplifting her after the passing of her husband Gregg Leakes.

While doing so, she also acknowledged the men who have been messaging her online. She wrote,

“THANK GUYSSSS”

The iconic The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said:

“Thank you to everybody. And all the gentleman that have been in my DMs, thank y’all too.”

She then laughingly added:

“Heyyy!”

Nene Leakes then said  while she loves getting the DMs, she’s focusing on herself at the moment:

“I’m just over here just doing me right now. But anyway, hey! I love reading the messages. They are inspiring to say the least. Thank you.”

Nene‘s statements come just over a month after her husband, Gregg Leakes, passed away from colon cancer at the age of 67.

While Gregg Leakes was deemed cancer-free back in 2019, the disease, unfortunately, returned earlier this year. Nene initially announced the news during an exclusive interview with theJasmineBRAND in late June.

Gregg Leakes ultimately succumbed to cancer on Sept. 1st. Five days after he passed away, Nene Leakes held a star-studded celebration of life at her business, The Linnethia Lounge.
