Megan Thee Stallion Opposes The Texas Abortion Ban: We Deserve Better

Megan Thee Stallion is speaking up for women’s rights! In a new Instagram post, the H-Town hottie is sharing her thoughts on the Texas abortion ban.

Sharing a photo that says, ‘I oppose the Texas abortion ban,’ Megan Thee Stallion wrote,

“Y’all know I’m a Texas girl and we deserve better! Politicians want to cut off abortion access and control our bodies, lives, and futures — I’m speaking up. Take action today and text ACCESS to 22422. #BansOffOurBodies”

The Texas abortion ban was signed off by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott in May and took effect Wednesday, Sept. 1st. With the law in place, women are prohibited from receiving an abortion once cardiac activity is detected, which is usually around 6 week, and before most women are aware of their pregnancy.
