Boosie Arrested For Criminal Destruction Of Property After Allegedly Vandalizing Atlanta’s State Farm Arena
Boosie has a new legal problem on his hands.
As previously reported, Boosie (real name Torrence Hatch Jr.) and his entourage were accused of vandalizing property during a concert at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The alleged incident went down earlier this month after an on-stage fight broke out. Boosie and his team are accused of damaging items belonging to the rapper’s production company during the brawl. Additionally, they’re accused of vandalizing State Farm Arena property after exiting the stage.
As a result of the antics, the 38-year-old rapper was removed from the Legendz of the Streetz tour.

Now, Boosie is continuing to face the consequences of his alleged vandalism. According to reports, Boosie was taken into custody this past Monday (Oct. 11th) and charged with criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, and inciting a riot. The “Set It Off” rapper spent the night in Fulton County Jail and was reportedly released yesterday (Tuesday, Oct. 12th) after signing his own bond. It is currently unclear when Boosie will be due in court.
Boosie‘s latest legal troubles come less than three years after he was arrested with ex-NFL star Antonio Allen in Georgia after getting caught with drugs and firearms. Additionally, this new arrest comes almost three weeks after he released his highly-anticipated biopic, My Struggle.
