Rob Kardashian Wants Court To Keep DCFS Documents Sealed Amid Ongoing Legal Battle With Blac Chyna
The ongoing legal battle between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna lives to see another day.
Rob Kardashian, 34, is reportedly requesting for the court to keep certain documents from the Department of Children and Family Services sealed. According to reports, the former reality TV star wants a judge to deem the information from the DCFS documents confidential and,
“does not want the report unsealed in the civil case.”
As previously reported, Rob Kardashian claimed that in 2016 his ex-fiancée/mother of his child, Blac Chyna, 33, assaulted him while they were in his younger sister’s, Kylie Jenner, home.
Blac Chyna has always denied those claims. According to the socialite, she has a report from DCFS that shows Rob spoke with the protection agency about the alleged incident and said he wasn’t assaulted or abused by Blac Chyna. Reportedly, Blac Chyna believes he wants the DCFS documents sealed because they will potentially tarnish his case.
Rob and Blac Chyna began dating at the start of 2016. According to reports, after dating for about 10 weeks the pair got engaged. They welcomed their child, Dream Kardashian, into the world in November of 2016. Rob and Blac Chyna even had a TV series on E! documenting their relationship. However, in 2017 the pair called it quits and went their separate ways.
