Kanye West Spotted At James Harden’s Restaurant In Houston Amid Divorce

Kanye West made an unusual appearance at a Houston restaurant.

Rapper and fashion phenom Kanye West reemerged at NBA star James Harden’s restaurant in Houston. The restaurant–which includes a bar and hookah lounge–is called Thirteen and sits just a few miles away from the city’s lavish Heights area.

In a few clips floating around online, Kanye can be seen keeping a low profile as he helps Houston socialite J Mulan celebrate her birthday. Media personality Justin Laboy was also said to be in attendance.

This solo appearance marks one of the first of its kind since his estranged wife Kim Kardashian filed for divorce. Social media users couldn’t help but point out that this sort of locale is different from what they’ve seen of Kardashian-era Kanye. Some even felt as though this event signaled the return of the “Jesus Walks” rapper’s old self. Others debated whether he was back in the black community’s good graces or not.

Just a few days ago, it was reported that Kanye purchased a house right across the street from his soon-to-be ex-wife. The SKIMS founder filed for divorce in April 2021 and has continued to move forward with the court proceedings. Meanwhile, Kanye allegedly hasn’t accepted the demise of their relationship and has been begging Kim to make amends.

Kanye allegedly took a trip to the south to handle some business with the Houston Rockets, but this hasn’t been reported or confirmed.
