Ice-T & CoCo Celebrate 21 Years Together!

In a time where celebrity couples barely make it a year, it’s so nice to see some of the OG’s still holding on. Rapper Ice-T and model Coco Austin are celebrating 21 years together! Coco took to Instagram Friday (Dec.31) to share a loving message about her hubby. She wrote,

“Can you believe we been together for 21 years!! Today is our Anniversary! Its been a great Adventure with you honey. The love is indescribable. Cheers to a lifetime with you! I love you my boo boo.”

The pair got married in 2005 after meeting on the set of a music video shoot. Even though there is a 21 year age gap between them, they still seem oddly perfect together every time we see them. The couple even co-starred in their own reality show, “Ice Loves Coco” which premiered on E! network and ran from 2011 to 2013. The show gave us an inside look of the day to day goings of the pair, and while reality tv shows have been known to cause a wedge in marriages, it seemingly just brought Ice-T and Coco closer together.

The couple recently made headlines after Coco Austin opened up about breastfeeding their now 6-year-old daughter, Chanel. She told Us Weekly in August,

“Chanel still likes my boob. It’s a big bonding moment for a mother and your child.”

She added that while Chanel will “eat steak and hamburgers,” she also “likes a little snack every now and then.”

She continued,

“Why take that away from her? … If she doesn’t want it, all right, that’s where you stop it. But I’m not just going to say no.”

The couple received lots of support and criticism for the controversial matter, but remained firm in their belief and supported each other despite the public scrutiny.
