Tristan Thompson’s 3rd Baby Mama Maralee Nichols Questions If His Public Response Is Sincere

Maralee Nichols is unmoved by Tristan Thompson’s latest Instagram post.

NBA star Tristan Thompson publicly admitted that he fathered Maralee Nichols’ infant son after months of facing off in court.

In an open letter of sorts, which he posted on Instagram, Tristan acknowledged his child, stated that he would be present in his life, and apologized to anyone impacted by the matter. Most notably, he apologized to Khloé Kardashian, whom he shares a child with and was supposedly dating while seeing Maralee.

According to Maralee’s publicist, the personal trainer doesn’t believe that Tristan’s post was genuine. Her publicist stated:

“There was never any doubt that Tristan Thompson was the father of Maralee Nichols’ baby.”

She continued:

“Tristan made numerous false and defamatory statements and declarations about Maralee over the past few months, and she is taking his contrite statement today in the context of all of those statements.”

Throughout their Texas paternity case, Tristan allegedly made some shocking claims. Court documents reportedly revealed that the Sacramento Kings center was inconsistent with his details, refuting claims that were allegedly proven to be true.

At one point, it was alleged that Tristan told Maralee to abort their child via text message.

Maralee filed a paternity lawsuit against Tristan in California where she claimed the two frequently hooked up. Tristan responded with a lawsuit in Houston, which is where Maralee is originally from. The Texas case was dismissed last month, though it has been reported that they are expected to appear for the California suit.
