Eminem Kneels During the Halftime Performance, Despite NFL Reportedly Turning Down His Request

Eminem defies the NFL and took a knee during the half-time #SuperBowl performance. According to reports, the NFL turned down a request by Eminem to kneel at some point during his portion of the performance.

Another fun fact, The league also asked Dr. Dre to remove his lyric on “still not loving police” in his 1999 hit, ‘Still Dre’.

According to the New York Post,Dre felt “disgustingly censored” by executives who didn’t want the performance to become a “divisive culture war moment”.
