The Wendy Williams Show is said to be closing up shop.
After months of speculation, Love B Scott reports that The Wendy Williams Show is officially no more. The show is slated to wrap up this June. By fall 2022, guest host Sherri Shepherd will fill the slot with her own show. Sources close to production told the website:
“The producers informed everyone that the [Wendy Show] was being canceled at the end of June. Then in the next breath they hired everyone to work on the new Sherri show.”

Wendy recently posted content on a new Instagram account, marking the end of her role as the “Wendy Show” page manager. As of today, that account is still running and production announced that Sherri is returning as a guest host.
In a new video, Wendy stated:
“I want to get back to New York & get on down with the Wendy Williams Show!”
