Just a couple of weeks after being declared legally single, Kim Kardashian is flaunting her unmarried status in a new photo-op with boyfriend Pete Davidson.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian,41, is single and mingling with her comedian boyfriend Pete Davidson,28, and posting it on her instagram page. The couple have been rumored to be dating for months after first being spotted together at an amusement park, then again during a romantic dinner date back in November of last year.

In February of this year, the New York comedian seemingly confirmed his official relationship status to the reality star, telling an interviewer he likes to “hangout with his girlfriend on the weekends.” Judging by the Kardashian candle on his nightstand during the interview, most felt it was safe to assume he was referring to the Kardashian clan sister.

Kim, owner of the women’s shapewear brand SKIMS, had not publicly confirmed her relationship status with her SNL boo, likely due to her unofficial separation from estranged husband Kanye West. The power couple have been circulating headlines over the past few months due to their back and forth court battles over Kim’s legal status pending their divorce, and Kanye’s many public rants and lashing out aimed at Kim and Pete’s relationship.

However a judge has officially granted Kim the legal status she’s been pleading for and it seems, for the moment, her divorce saga is behind her. Proudly showcasing photos with her boo Pete on her social media page.
