Todrick Hall Sued For $60K In Unpaid Rent For California Home Purchased [VIDEO]
Choreo and Celebrity Big Brother star Todrick Hall, 36, has just been named in a $60,000 lawsuit by the landlords of his Sherman Oaks, California home he was renting.
Todrick Hall is being sued by Avi Lavian, the landlord that he had been in a rental agreement with where he was supposed to pay $30,000 a month in rent for the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence. Todrick Hall is now 60 days behind on payment.
The entertainer gave a tour on YouTube of his beautiful California property he had purchased in February 2021. During the tour of the home, Todrick Hall can be heard saying,
“I have been wanting to buy a home for a very very long time, and this is a dream come true.”

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the home consisted of luxury amenities such as an outdoor pool, a movie theater, an enormous walk-in closet and a bed frame dripped in Louis Vuitton.
Todrick made his debut into the entertainment world after his appearance on American Idol. Since then, he has gained over 3.5 million subscribers and 740 million channel views on his popular YouTube channel, collaborated with the likes of Taylor Swift and choreographed flash mobs for Beyoncé. Todrick also appears regularly on RuPaul’s Drag Race as a choreographer and judge. Todrick has not commented on the lawsuit as of now.
On top of back rent of $60,000 for the months of February and March 2022, the landlords are coming for damages and legal fees in the lawsuit as well. In addition to attorney’s fees, the landlords are asking for $1,000 per day in damages.
