Comedian Chris Rock is avoiding conversation about the Oscars incident.
The actor told recent show goers that he wouldn’t be speaking about the infamous slap until he gets paid.

According to reports, Chris Rock, 57, addressed not speaking on the matter at the start of his Fantasy Springs performance in Indo, California on Friday [April, 8th], stating:
“I’m OK, I have a whole show, and I’m not talking about that until I get paid. Life is good. I got my hearing back”

Viewers of this years Oscars awards were confused and shocked to see Will Smith physically hit Chris Rock, who was hosting the awards, on stage. The slap came after Chris told an insensitive bald joke about Will’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, who suffers from alopecia.
Just days ago, the Academy Of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences announced Will Smith would be banned for a duration of 10 years over the hit. Will took home his first ever Oscar win that night for his portrayal of Venus and Serena’s tennis coach father in the film “King Richard”.
Since, Will has resigned from the Academy and issued an apology to viewers, attendees, and Chris himself.

Subsequent the shocking Oscar’s event, ticket sales for Chris Rock’s “Ego Death World Tour” shot up significantly. Beside’s telling one audience he was “still processing” what happened, Chris has opted to steer clear of any opinions on the events that happened at the awards show.
