Kim Kardashian’s Sex Tape Comes Up During Jury Selection In Blac Chyna Trial: “I’ve Seen It & Can’t Be Impartial”

Looks like Kim Kardashian can’t escape her infamous video.

Jury selection is underway for the lawsuit involving social media star Blac Chyna and the famed Kardashian family. However, it seems potential jurors interviewed thus far don’t believe they can remain neutral in the case. According to reports, the first round of interviews featured many individuals who confessed disdain towards reality TV as a whole, and specifically towards the famous Kardashian family.

One potential juror cited his dislike for reality TV and wishing the show “no longer aired” as reason he he can’t judge impartial. Another, claimed to have never seen the E! reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, but said:

“I watched [Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial on this case.”

Socialite Blac Chyna, 33, is currently suing Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian for $100 million. The suit, originally filed in 2017, accused the family of defamation and contract interference resulting in $40 million of loss income. Chyna claims the Kardashians used their influence to get her 2017 reality TV series Rob & Chyna canceled, subsequently losing out on another $60 million of future earnings. However, lawyers for the Kardashian’s have continued to deny the allegations, launching a countersuit. They claim that Chyna abusing and getting a restraining order on Rob is what ended the series production.

Following the comment about Kim’s sex tape, reports state that the room filled with laughter from the audience while Khloe seemingly consoled her sister. As seen on their new Hulu series “The Kardashian’s”, Kim’s sex tape has been a sensitive subject in the beauty moguls life. Recently, the SKIMS owner circulated headlines after her 5-year-old son, Saint, saw an Ad for an alleged second sex tape. The reality TV star became overrun with emotions while sobbing to her estranged husband, Kanye West, about the ordeal.

Reportedly, twenty four new potential jurors will be interviewed early next week to determine eligibility to judge the case.
