Kenya Moore Agrees To Hand Over Financial Statements In Pending Divorce From Marc Daly After Reaching A Confidentiality Agreement
Looks like things are finally moving forward in Kenya Moore’s ongoing divorce from Marc Daly.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star filed for divorce from her husband back in May of 2021. In March of this year, however, Marc Daly, 51, accused Kenya Moore, 51, of withholding important financial records needed for settlement negotiations. According to a new report from RadarOnline, Kenya Moore has recently agreed to relinquish all necessary documents.
Reportedly, SoCo restaurant owner Marc Daly previously told a court judge that his estranged wife was taking months to hand in basic legal documents. Subsequently, Marc asked a court judge to order the reality star to turn in the documents.
Reports state the former couple appeared for a hearing last month, where Kenya admitted to not turning in all required papers due to “privacy concerns.” By the end of the session, however, it seems both parties were able to reach a confidentiality agreement. Additionally, Kenya agreed to release the necessary financial documents, moving the settlement negotiations forward.
Kenya originally filed for divorce from Marc after being married for four years and having one child, daughter Brooklyn, together. The Dancing With The Stars contestant credited the split to a “bonafide state of separation” and an “irretrievably broken” marriage, with no hope for a reconciliation.
Marc has previously stated that he’s seeking partial ownership of the Atlanta home the two shared together, and to have his legal fees covered as part of the settlement. Reports believe that Kenya’s legal team is prepping to counter both of Marc’s requests.
