Brad Pitt Says Daughter Zahara Will ‘Flourish Even More’ At Spelman College
It seems like both of Zahara Jolie-Pitt’s parents are excited she’s a Spelman lady now!
As previously reported, famed actress Angelina Jolie, 47, announced last week that her 17-year-old daughter, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, would be attending the historically black, women’s liberal arts college Spelman College in the fall. The Academy Award-winning actress shared the exciting news on her IG page. She captioned the post,
“Zahara with her Spelman sisters! Congratulations to all new students starting this year. A very special place and an honor to have a family member as a new Spelman girl.”

Now it’s Brad Pitt’s turn to brag about his daughter. During a recent red carpet interview, the “Bullet Train” actor said,
“I’m so proud of her.”
Brad Pitt, 58, continued,
“She’s so smart. She’s going to flourish even more at college. It’s an exciting and beautiful time to find her own way and pursue her interests. I’m so proud.”
He added,
“Where does the time go, right? They grow up too fast. It brings a tear to the eye.”
As you may already know, Ethiopian-born Zahara Jolie-Pitt was adopted by Angelina Jolie in 2005 and 2006 by her dad, Brad Pitt, when she was just six-month-old. In total, Brad and Angelina share 6 children together – three were adopted internationally, while three are biological. Brad and Angelina split in 2019, but seem to be co-parenting well.
