When it comes to the upcoming film ‘Don’t Worry Darling,’ there has been a lot of chatter and rumors circulating, from off-camera feuds to on-set romance and even questionable casting decisions. Now, it looks like another incident involving the cast of the film is causing some frenzy and controversy!
On Monday (Sept. 5) the cast of the film arrived at the Venice International Film Festival for its premiere. In a now viral clip, singer Harry Styles is seen approaching actor Chris Pine to take a seat next to him at a screening of the thriller. As Styles moves to his seat, he makes a subtle spitting motion with is mouth. Pine then looks down at his lap, stops his applause, shakes his head and then grins and laughs.

As the clip circulated, the internet debated on what actually occurred. One Twitter user wrote,
“#HarryStyles appears to spit on Chris Pine I won’t sleep until i know the truth,”
While another person said,
“But why? Is this supposed to be funny. Spitting on anyone is not funny, but especially on Chris Pine.”
Some even believe this is a joke agreed upon by the two men.
