Cardi B & Entertainment Blogger Tasha K Get Into Heated Exchange Online, Media Personality Tells Rapper To ‘Stop Playing Victim’

The Tasha K and Cardi B saga continues.

Yesterday, entertainment blogger Tasha K had some foul words for Cardi B after a photo that Cardi B commented on circulated online.

The post, originally posted by the popular blog site The Neighborhood Talk, is a screenshot of a tweet that the “Hot Sh*t” rapper liked on Twitter.

A user, by the name of @Dopeboyfleek, wrote:

“Now everybody wanna start suing people now. It was just a problem when Cardi was suing ppl…”

Subsequently, Cardi B responded to the post by alleging that a “woman,” who she failed to name,” lied about her health, her parents, and harassed her loved ones, prompting her to fight relentlessly in court to hold the said person accountable for their actions.

However, although no one was directly mentioned, those familiar with the lawsuit she filed against Tasha K made the connection–including Tasha K, herself.

The Panama City, Florida native asked if it was her who Cardi B was referring to, but instead, the rapper wanted to know the status of Tasha K running her the coins she owes her.

If you didn’t know, the ladies have been engaged in a lengthy legal battle since 2019. Cardi B initially pinned a case on the famed gossip vlogger for allegedly leading a “malicious campaign” online to damage her public image.

Ultimately, the judge ruled in Cardi B’s favor and ordered Tasha K to hand $4 million to Cardi B. She was held liable for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. There was also a mandate for her to remove all slanderous content of the 29-year-old from her virtual channels.

Over the summer, it was reported that Tasha K lost her fight to appeal the ruling, but recently, news surfaced that she was firing back with a second appeal.

Cardi B is still awaiting payment from Tasha K, but in the meantime, Tasha K has been making it clear that this is far from over.

A social media feud has since re-sparked between the two. Tasha K started off by accusing Cardi B of stealing songs and stating that she doesn’t have enough new music for a tour.

She even went on to label her an “ex-two-year superstar,” among other things.

Not much else has been said from Cardi B. However, she seemingly alluded that Tasha K was going to have a bad day on Friday (Sept. 16.).

Tasha K continued her conversation during a live stream, where she accused Cardi B of getting plastic surgery to keep her husband Offset from cheating and having to sell her publishing rights because she was going broke.

She opened up with,

“I’m tired of the fake tears that can’t come down because of the Botox to look like your fave. I’m tired; I’m so tired. I ain’t tired of fighting, now, okay?! You know, I’m from the streets, too. I ain’t tired of fighting, now, okay?! We fight ’til God says I can’t fight no more. I’m tired! I’m tired! I am tired of this ex two-year superstar.”

Later in the video, she reiterated that she wasn’t coming up off of a dime until the higher-ups in the battle told her to do so.

“I will not send a check until the appellate court has stated what I’m sending a check for. It’s called having the bread to fight! That’s who I’m sending my check to, okay? The attorneys, the appellate court, which is the higher court. Because you thought this was over. You thought it was just gon’ be just like that. Four million dollars, and I was gon’ pay it… without fighting?! And y’all thought I was gon’ pay it? Most of y’all m*therfuckas even watching this live can’t even afford to f*cking pay it, but I can. Have you seen a donation? Have I asked for a donation?”

Tasha K said,

“I’m a Black woman that got it from the f*cking bottom! I didn’t get it [for] reporting on an ex two-year superstar. I got it for breaking story after story, and what you not gon’ do is you gon’ lie on me. ‘Cause, remember, I don’t need to find you to serve you. Do you understand what I’m saying? I don’t need to find you, ex two-year superstar, to serve you for lying.

She continued,

Nobody lied on your daddy; your daddy is not a rapist; your daddy never did time for raping people. I was the only blogger that f*cking cleared that story when they was passing that story around. So, stop! I don’t know nothing about your mama; I ain’t said nothing about those beautiful children, okay?! What I did say is what I got held liable for, okay; that’s what I said. Now, however, there are certain arguments when it comes to that, and that’s what we’re in court about, but you gon’ stop playing victim.”
