Tom Brady & Wife Gisele Bundchen Seemingly Headed Towards Divorce, Couple Has Retained Divorce Lawyers & Are Mapping Out A Split Of Assets, Sources Say

Looks like marital issues between superstar NFL’er Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen have worsened.

According to a source close to the couple, the Tampa Bay quarterback and his runway partner have both retained divorce lawyers amid reports of ongoing problems at home. Reportedly, Tom Brady, 45, and Gisele Bundchen, 42, began living in separate homes sometime late last month. Now, an inside source says a final blowup between the celebrity couple may have finally ended things for good.

Reportedly, the source told news outlets:

“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is,” 

They continued:

“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.”

Brady, a lone seven time Super Bowl winning athlete, shook the sports world announcing his retirement following the 2021 season. However his post football life was seemingly not enough for the quarterback, as he announced he’d be returning for the 2022 season after two short months. In the announcement post he wrote:

“I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now.”

Bundchen has been widely known to be disapproving of her husband of 13 years’ lengthy stay in the dangerous sport. Brady has spoken publicly about the matter being a point of tension for the couple for years.

Following his retirement announcement, the former Patriots star proudly boasted how happy his wife was that he was retiring from the sport, so it’d be safe to query whether that is the reason for their current predicament. However sources close to the matter claims it’s bigger than just the sport. They stated:

“As with many marriages, it’s not just one thing. Gisele has made it clear that she worried about Tom playing football and that they had had many talks about it….But they have had a series of blowups over the past few years, and this time it looks like there’s no going back.”

Brady and Bundchen share two children together, son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9. Brady also has 15-year-old son, Jack, from his previous relationship. The source says both parents are very active in the children’s lives and would likely have joint custody. The former Victoria Secrets model penned a sweet message to her hubby back in August amid separation rumors.

As far as the splitting of assets it seems a number of high value items are under consideration. Reports state the couple’s property portfolio alone is upwards of $26 million, including a $17 million home on Indian Creek Island in Miami, nicknamed “Billionaires Bunker”, as well as others in St. Tribeca, Montana, and  Costa Rica.

Neither Tom nor Gisele have spoken about the matter publicly, and reps have reportedly declined to comment.
