Attorneys For Angelina Jolie Allege Her Ex-Husband Brad Pitt’s Abusive Behavior Ended Their Marriage: Pitt Grabbed Jolie By The Head & Shook Her

Fans of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were once hopeful that they would end their divorce proceedings and rekindle their love, but it seems as though that’s not happening anytime soon!

According to reports, The Mr. and Mrs. Smith stars were traveling from France to California with their six children in 2016, which marked the beginning of the end of their 12-year relationship and two-year union. During that time, Brad Pitt allegedly yelled at Angelina Jolie in the bathroom and accused her of being too submissive to their children.

According to court documents, which were submitted by Angelina Jolie as part of a cross-complaint in a case involving the French winery that the A-list ex-couple once shared ownership of, she was previously made to sign a “nondisclosure agreement” that would have legally prevented her from discussing Brad Pitt‘s physical and emotional abuse of her and their children outside of court.

Pitt is accused of being physically and verbally abusive on the plane ride back. He allegedly choked one of the children, punched another in the face and grabbed Jolie by the head, and shook her. He is also accused of pouring beer and red wine on Jolie and their kids.

According to the court documents,

“Pitt grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her, and then grabbed her shoulders and shook her again before pushing her into the bathroom wall. Pitt then punched the ceiling of the plane numerous times, prompting Jolie to leave the bathroom.”

Angelina Jolie is said to have:

“Gone to great lengths to try to shield their children from reliving the pain Pitt inflicted on the family that day. But when Pitt filed this lawsuit seeking to reassert control over Jolie’s financial life and compel her to rejoin her ex-husband as a frozen-out business partner, Pitt forced Jolie to publicly defend herself on these issues for the first time.”

Pitt filed a lawsuit against Jolie in February, claiming she was in violation of his “contractual expectations” when she sold her share in their winery Chateau Miraval. He claims their agreement included an understanding that neither would sell their share without the consent of the other.

Jolie came back in September and countersued Pitt, denying accusations that the sale constituted a “hostile takeover.” She said there was no understanding as her ex-lover claimed, and he had actually rejected the notion of a contingency plan in the event the couple split up.

The former Hollywood lovers purchased the Paris, France-based winery together in 2008 and married there in 2014. Jolie, as previously mentioned, filed for divorce two years later.
