50 Cent Set To Premiere Final Project ‘Property Players’ w/ Lionsgate Before Officially Leaving Network, Series Revolves Around DJ Envy’s Real Estate Business
50 Cent has one last show to debut under the Lionsgate banner.
Rapper turned big-time TV producer 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, will release one final project with Lionsgate Studios. Produced under Jackson’s G-Unit Film & TV banner, Fly on the Wall Entertainment, and Lionsgate TV, Property Players is slated to premiere on A&E’s lifestyle channel, Home.Made.Nation.
Home.Made.Nation. is described as the hub of all things DIY and home improvement; from household tips to the inspiring stories and experiences of experts. Property Players follows DJ Envy, Cesar Pina, and their team as they manage and scale their family-run real estate empire, flip their own houses for big profits, and mentor celebrities entering the real estate investment world.

DJ Envy
DJ Envy, real name RaaShaun Casey, is a Hip-Hop producer, entrepreneur, and co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club. He began working with Cesar Pina in 2018. Pina learned about the real estate market while he was in jail for credit card fraud and drug dealing. He’s now become an authority on real estate with a sizable social media following and a best-selling book, Flipping Keys.
A&E Networks won worldwide distribution rights to the series following a bidding war, and executive producers so far include Jackson, Allison Grodner, Rich Meehan, Teri Kennedy, and Brad Holcman.
On September 16, Jackson celebrated on social media after opting not to renew his contract with Starz which is housed under the Lionsgate banner. Launched seven years ago, the Power series has been a huge success for Starz and a major cultural touchstone.
Following the success of the Power franchise, Jackson is allegedly courting numerous offers from streamers and studios for his G-Unit Film & Television, which has 20+ projects currently in production and development.
