If Blue Ivy Carter wants it, she definitely has the money to get it!
Recently, ten-year-old Blue Ivy Carter accompanied her parents, Beyonce and Jay-Z, to the 2022 Wearable Art Gala, and it seems that she brought some big bucks with her.
According to an Instagram Story posted by Abbott Elementary creator Quinta Brunson, who was also in attendance for the star-studded occasion that occurred on Saturday (Oct. 22), Blue Ivy Carter made a bid for $80,000+ during an auction for a set of Lorraine Schwartz earrings that were previously owned by her mother, Beyonce.
In the now-viral clip, gala host Keke Palmer is seen onstage alongside Mrs. Tina Lawson, reading the room to see just who might the gorgeous diamonds be going to. Princess Carter wasted no time jumping to her feet and putting her offer in!
Nope actress Keke Palmer yelled to the audience as an excited Blue Ivy Carter waved her panel,
“Eighty thousand, y’all going to let her take it? Eighty thousand, going once. Eighty thousand, going twice.”

Unfortunately, Carter didn’t take the expensive jewelry home. Instead, Mielle Organics founder Monique Rodriguez did, paying a whopping total of $105,000 for them. However, reportedly, Carter was still able to snag a $10,000 art piece by the end of the night!
As if that wasn’t enough to make the crowd go crazy, Beyonce also auctioned off two tickets for her highly-anticipated Renaissance concert at $150,000, confirming the rumor of a 2023 tour from the “Cuff It” songstress!
What a way to spend a stellar evening!
The Wearable Art Gala is a charitable event sponsored by the WACO Theater Center, which was founded by Richard and Tina Lawson in 2017. This year’s gala saw Angela Bassett and Mark Bradford as honorees, with performances from Chloe Bailey, Halle Bailey, and Andra Day.
