Rapper J Money In Critical Condition After Being Shot 6 Times During Armed Robbery
Please keep rapper J Money in your prayers!
Atlanta-based rapper J Money (real name Jermaine Miller) is in critical condition after reportedly being shot 6 times and robbed while sitting in a Rolls-Royce belonging to a member of the Korean royal family.
According to reports, the incident occurred last Friday (Nov. 18) in Los Angeles. The self-titled Sauce God was sitting outside of a luxury apartment complex in a Rolls Royce Phantom when he was attacked by two assailants. J Money reportedly lost three chains and a Rolex in the robbery but left with his life. Authorities say the Atlanta-based rapper was conscious and breathing when paramedics arrived.
It is reported that the vehicle that J Money occupied belongs to entrepreneur (and member of the Korean royal family) Andrew Lee. Lee is the crown prince of Korea’s Joseon Dynasty and the heir to the imperial family. He is also the founder of London Trust Media, a company based in Indiana. It is unclear why J Money was in Andrew Lee’s car at the time. However, the two men previously worked on music together and are probably friends. Andrew Lee appears as KingLee on J Money’s track “Dun It All.”
J Money is known for his previous work with Shawty Lo, Young Buck, Soulja Boy, Boosie Badazz, Zaytoven, and Young Dolph. He also collaborated with the Migos. After member Takeoff’s passing, J Money posted a video on his Instagram page of their collaboration from early on in the group’s career.
We wish J Money a swift recovery. Tell us what you think about this story in the comment section below.
