NBA YoungBoy Addresses Negative Comments He’s Received For Painting His Nails: Everybody Wanna Play w/ The Slime

NBA YoungBoy wants to express himself without the internet trolling his looks.

Recently rapper NBA YoungBoy, born Kentrell Gaulden, took to Instagram live to respond to the critics who have been judging him for wearing nail polish. NBA YoungBoy shared:

“N*gg*s wanna talk ‘bout my nails.”

The 23-year-old continued:

“Everybody wanna play with the slime, but it’s all good. You know I’m a big troll, long as I ain’t no big troll though.”

He added:

“You can talk ‘bout my nails all you want. I know somebody wish they could paint their nails right now. That’s on my momma.”

Claiming his feelings were hurt by the harsh comments, he said:

“How do you think you I should go about this? Cause you hurtin’ my feelings. I ain’t never did none of y’all nothin’.”

NBA YoungBoy is no stranger to expressing himself.

As previously reported, last December the rapper dropped his music video for his single “Black Ball,” where he appears to be wearing black eyeshadow and lipstick with the phrase “f*ck peace” written under his eyes.

In a previous interview with media personality Akademiks, the rapper shared why makeup makes him comfortable. The Louisana native said:

“I like doing my face. I like painting my face or putting makeup on. Like, I don’t know…I like to look in the mirror and see everything black – like my eyes and sh*t.”

He added:

“Yea that’s one hundred percent real. That’s me being myself. That’s me. I don’t know, I feel comfortable that way.”
