Cory Hardrict Demands Joint Custody Of Children He Shares w/ Tia Mowry As Pair Moves Forward w/ Divorce
Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict may be going their separate ways, but he is not letting it affect his relationship with their children.
Cory Hardrict is requesting shared legal and physical custody of the couple’s children, according to RadarOnline. The former lovers share son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 4.

In his request for the court to withdraw Tia Mowry’s right to spousal support — which she previously asked the judge to deny them both — the All American: Homecoming actor refuted his estrange wife’s assertions that their union is ending because of “irreconcilable differences.“
The response contained a note from Cory Hardrict’s attorney asking the court to rule on
“the validity of the prenuptial agreement dated April 14, 2008 and/or that any provisions are unconscionable.”
Despite their legal battle in divorce court, the estranged lovers appear to be putting their differences aside for the sake of the children. As previously reported, Tia Mowry recently shared that she and Cory Hardrict would be spending the holidays together.

In response to how she and her two little ones would be commemorating the Christmas holiday, the Sister, Sister actress said,
“We are going to be spending the holidays with [Cory], which we’re really excited about…with the whole family.”
She added,
“Family is family, no matter what happens. And that’s what’s important to me so, we will always be family.”
Tia announced her separation from Cory on Oct. 4, after 14 years of marriage. The two started dating six years before getting married in 2008, after meeting on the set of the movie Hollywood Horror, in which they both starred.
In an Instagram post, Tia said:
“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”

Previously, Cory denied claims that his infidelity led to their split, even professing his love for his soon-to-be ex-wife about a week later. During an Instagram Live to promote All American: Homecoming, he said,
“Love y’all. I love y’all for real. Okay? I love my beautiful family. I love my kids. I love my wife. I love all you guys. Just know that. It’s all love okay? I love you guys. Alright?”
Regardless of the love they have for each other, the pair doesn’t appear to be working things out, at least not anytime soon.
