NeNe Leakes Agrees w/ Fan’s Statement That Bravo Lacked ‘Grace’ After Seemingly Denying Her A Chance To Make ‘RHOA’ Return

NeNe Leakes is trying to move on from her drama with Bravo, but the network seemingly feels otherwise. 

As we all know, NeNe Leakes has a rocky history with Bravo and even attempted to sue the network for allegedly being racist. However, the suit was dropped back in August and the reality star is now ready to put her problems with the network aside in hopes of gaining her spot back on “ The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.”

Recently, Nene Leakes retweeted a statement from a fan claiming Bravo needs to give her an opportunity to return to the franchise despite the past. On Dec. 27, a Twitter user wrote: 

“It’s Amazing to me how everyone can get an opportunity to return to these housewives shows but @NeNeLeakes when we know that’s Housewife a Royalist. Where is the grace?”

As previously reported, the “RHOA” alum filed a suit against Bravo producers and Andy Cohen, 54, after allegedly experiencing racism on set from former co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who is white. However, a document filed on Aug.19 in Atlanta courts shared the 55-year-old and Bravo reached a joint dismissal without prejudice, which means the reality star can re-open the case in the future. Nene Leakes starred on “RHOA” from season one, which aired in 2008, until season 12, which aired in 2019. 

In a previous interview, Leakes shared that she is still in litigation with the network. Despite the legal battle with her former employer, she claimed she tried to contact them but unfortunately, it’s been “crickets” on their end. Leakes said: 

“We still have some legal things.”

She added:

“Part of it was dropped for a purpose, for us to go into [a] mediation. It’s almost like a child being abused and I’m over here asking for help over and over, and nobody hears me. I’m asking and asking for help and nobody hears me. I feel like my hands were tied. I asked so many times for help.”
