As previously reported, two-thirds of the Migos rap group allegedly got into a physical altercation backstage at the Grammys before Quavo took the stage to perform “Without You,” a tribute to their late group member Takeoff. Sources claim Quavo prevented his estranged group member Offset, both 31, from joining him for the performance. Their unresolved drama allegedly escalated and the two had to be separated by associates.

Initially, following reports of the physical dispute, Offset, real name, Kiari Cephus, took to Twitter to deny the allegations. He tweeted:
“What tf look like fighting my brother yal n*ggas is crazy”

However, it looks like there may be some truth to the fighting speculation. New audio has recently surfaced of what sounds like rapper and entertainer Cardi B, Offset’s wife, breaking up an altercation between the Atlanta rappers. In the audio clip, she can be heard shouting backstage:
“Both of y’all wrong! This is not right!”
Cardi, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus, continued:
“No b*tch shut the f*ck up ‘cause you shouldn’t have been talking!”
An interviewer caught up with the Bronx native, who shares two children with Offset, to ask her about the dispute she allegedly settled. The 30-year-old superstar laughed and said:
“The only thing I settled was my outfit honey.”
Social media users have since reacted to the leaked audio of Cardi B, with many praising the “Tomorrow 2” rapper for de-escalating the situation.

Offset was also captured furiously leaving backstage alongside Quality Control Music founder, Pierre “P” Thomas, who signed the former rap trio to his label in 2013.

Following Quavo’s performance, he was asked about the importance of being at the ceremony. The rapper, born Quavious Keyate Marshall, replied:
“Very important. Long live Takeoff.”
As previously reported, In November Takeoff, was shot and killed outside the 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston during a private party for J Prince Jr.
